Transcription: Once a year the town of Mecca in Saudi Arabia swells with over a million visitors. Mecca is the most holy Muslim site as it is believed to be the birthplace of the Prophet Muhammad. According to the Islam religion all Muslims should make the pilgrimage there at least once during their lifetime. During prayer Muslims throughout the world face towards Mecca the most holy of shrines. In the heart of Mecca stands the Great Mosque in the center of And this stands the Holy Kaaba, a stone building that contains the Black Stone, which Muslims believe was sent from heaven by Allah, the God of Islam.
